Dill Pickle Pasta Salad

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 3 cups rotini pasta, cooked, rinsed
  • 3.5 oz. (1/2 of 7-oz. pkg.) CRACKER BARREL Artisan Flavors Dill Havarti Cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup diced kosher dill pickles with 1/4 cup reserved pickle juice, divided
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder

LET’S MAKE IT

  • Combine pasta, cheese and pickles in large bowl.
  • Mix pickle juice with remaining ingredients until blended. Add to pasta mixture; mix lightly.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
  • Special Extra: Garnish with chopped fresh dill.
  • Substitute: Prepare using 1 tsp. dried dill.
