Dill Pickle Pasta Salad

WHAT YOU NEED
- 3 cups rotini pasta, cooked, rinsed
- 3.5 oz. (1/2 of 7-oz. pkg.) CRACKER BARREL Artisan Flavors Dill Havarti Cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup diced kosher dill pickles with 1/4 cup reserved pickle juice, divided
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
LET’S MAKE IT
- Combine pasta, cheese and pickles in large bowl.
- Mix pickle juice with remaining ingredients until blended. Add to pasta mixture; mix lightly.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
- Special Extra: Garnish with chopped fresh dill.
- Substitute: Prepare using 1 tsp. dried dill.
