WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 egg
- 1 mini croissant, split
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 2 oz. deli ham, thinly sliced
- 1 slice CRACKER BARREL BLACK RIBBON Vermont Sharp White Cheddar Cheese, cut in half
LET’S MAKE IT
- Whisk egg in small microwaveable bowl until blended.
- Microwave on HIGH 20 to 30 sec. or until egg is set.
- Place bottom half of croissant on microwaveable plate; drizzle with syrup.
- Cover with ham, egg, cheese and top half of croissant.
- Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or just until cheese is melted.
