WHAT YOU NEED
- 8 peach slices
- 1 tsp. butter, melted
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 graham cracker sheets, broken in half (8 squares), divided
- 4 jumbo marshmallows
- 4 slices CRACKER BARREL Pepper Jack Cracker Cuts
LET’S MAKE IT
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Combine peaches, butter and cinnamon together in small bowl.
- Place peach slices onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook 10 to 12 min. or until tender.
- Top 4 graham squares with peaches, marshmallows and cheese; place on baking sheet. Bake 2 to 3 min. or until cheese begins to melt. Top with remaining graham squares to make 4 smores.
- Serve immediately.
