LET’S MAKE IT
- Place lentils, onion, carrot and garlic in medium saucepan. Add water to cover by 2-inches; stir. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 30 min. or just until lentils are tender. Drain; discard onion, carrot and garlic.
- Shake olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire together in a covered jar until blended. Pour over lentils
- Add spinach to medium bowl. Top with warm lentils, dressing, cheese and almonds. Toss to combine.
